Following the energy of renewal that accompanies the change of season, the Restaurant O Jardineiro now it has 9 new pub foods and 5 new regional dishes at the executive lunch.
Another novelty are the new cocktails of the Brazilian regional food house, which now has 11 exclusive recipescreated by mixologist Marcelo Yuji Prantoni, in partnership with Diageo.
Regional dishes focused on flavor and affective memory
With the change of season, who doesn’t remember those delicious foods prepared by our family members that bring a feeling of warmth, well-being and happiness? Based on this concept, new regional dishes were added to add to the flavor of the traditional feijoada and the house barreado. Tropeiro beans; Carreteiro rice, Chicken with corn cream, grandma’s pancakes, Baião de Dois, stew, stew, Filet à Oswaldo Aranha are some of the highlights of new executive lunch menu.

For those who are a fan of snacks, the new menu at O Jardineiro also brings a new hamburger: the Gardener’s Cheeseburger. Made with beef burger and star bread, stuffed with gratin mozzarella cheese, sliced bacon, breaded tomato and basil mayonnaise, served with French fries. already the bread with ham It has a delicious shredded ham and accompanies homemade garlic mayonnaise.
